Yorkshire Traders LLC · 5900 Balcones Drive # 23858, Austin, Texas 78731, United States of America · Last updated 22 September 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

All orders are placed with Yorkshire Traders LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Texas on 4 February 2025 under filing number 0805888867, with its mailing address at 5900 Balcones Drive # 23858, Austin, Texas 78731, United States of America.

Our country of domicile is the United States of America. All sales are concluded in the United States and all prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Yorkshire Traders LLC. “You” means the person or business placing the order.

2. How an order is formed

Our website is an invitation to enquire, not an offer to sell. We do not take card payment on this website.

An order proceeds in four steps:

We may decline any enquiry or order. If we decline after taking payment, we refund in full.

3. Prices and currency

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax unless the quotation states otherwise.

Prices shown on this website are indicative and may change without notice. The price that binds us is the price on the written quotation and invoice you accept.

Wholesale tier prices apply to the quantities stated. Mixed cases across product lines count toward the same quantity tier.

Sales tax is applied where we are required to collect it. Import duties and taxes on shipments outside the United States are your responsibility unless the quotation states DDP.

4. Payment

We accept payment by bank transfer (ACH or wire) to the account named on the invoice.

Invoices are payable before dispatch for first orders. Net 15 terms may be offered to wholesale customers after two settled orders, at our discretion.

Title in the goods passes to you when we receive payment in full. Risk passes on delivery to the address you gave us.

Late payment on approved terms may attract interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by Texas law, whichever is lower.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Our current dispatch and delivery windows are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

You must give us a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delay or loss caused by an incorrect address.

If a shipment is refused or undeliverable and returned to us, we may deduct outbound and return carriage from any refund.

6. Cancellation and returns

Retail orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund.

Retail returns, wholesale inspection rights and refund timeframes are set out in full in our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Product descriptions and images

We take care to describe goods accurately, including weights, pack sizes and specifications supplied to us by manufacturers.

Product photographs are illustrative. Colours may vary between screens and minor variations in packaging, revision or finish occur between production batches.

Specifications may be improved by the manufacturer without notice. Where a change is material we will tell you before dispatch.

8. Warranty and defective goods

We warrant that goods will be delivered in a condition fit for ordinary use and matching their description.

Where a manufacturer warranty applies, we pass it through to you in full.

Notify us of any shortage, damage or defect within the inspection window set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy. We will replace, repair or refund at our option.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned.

We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts or any indirect or consequential loss.

Goods are sold for ordinary consumer or retail use. You are responsible for confirming that any product is suitable and lawful for your intended market.

10. Resale obligations

If you buy for resale, you are responsible for compliance with labelling, safety, licensing and consumer law in the territory where you sell.

You may not represent yourself as an agent, branch or authorised representative of Yorkshire Traders LLC.

11. Intellectual property

The Yorkshire Traders name, logo and the content of this website belong to us. You may not use them without our written consent.

Manufacturer trade marks and product imagery remain the property of their owners and are used to identify the goods we supply.

12. Events outside our control

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, port congestion, customs action, extreme weather, industrial action, and failure of utilities or communications networks.

Where such an event continues for more than 30 days, either of us may cancel the affected order and we will refund sums paid for goods not delivered.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America.

The courts of Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that we may bring proceedings to recover unpaid sums in the courts of your jurisdiction.

Please contact us first. Most disputes are resolved by email within a few working days.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published on the date your invoice was issued.

This version was last updated on 22 September 2026.
